Winemaking
Fruit harvested in the cool of the morning, destemmed, crushed then pressed. The free run juice is fractioned, settled and fermented cool until dryness.
Tasting Notes
Lime, green apple and a hint of key lime pie. A little looser and more open than the Watervale, light and fresh, and made to drink young. Drink now to 2030.
