Tasting Notes
On the nose, gourmand aromas of meringue and pastry, then discreet redcurrant, strawberry, rhubarb and raspberry. The palate is round and sensual at first, from the Pinot Noir, then lively and fresh with the natural elegance of the Chardonnay. A very fresh, light rosé Champagne.
Food
Mezze, chicken samosas and sushi.
