NV Le Mesnil Sur Oger Grand Cru Blanc de Blanc Extra Brut
Christophe Pitois, Côte des Blancs, Champagne, France
The truest expression of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger in the range: taut yet caressing, with chalky minerality balanced by a delicate texture. Dosed sparingly, it is the house signature, straight lines with a touch of sensuality.

Tasting Notes
On the nose, citrus (orange and bergamot) and white flowers (hawthorn and linden). On the palate the attack is lively and the wine is very balanced, finishing fresh and persistent, with the mineral character of the chalk and flint soils.
Food
