Vineyard
Vintage 2023
The early winter season was marked by a lack of rain but was followed by regular rainfalls throughout spring, allowing the vines to grow beautifully. The hot and dry summer led to thunderstorms before and during harvest which meant we had to go through a strict and tedious grape selection.
Winemaking
Wine-making process
Hand-picked grapes, spontaneous fermentation from native yeasts. 24-month ageing in sandstone amphora and barrels.
In-barrel malolactic fermentation.
Bottled in January 2026.
Tasting Notes
Bruised apple, ripe lime and beeswax on the nose, with a toasty, slightly reductive edge and a hint of white flowers. The palate is generous and oily in texture yet energetic, with racy acidity keeping it precise. Fruit, flower and chalky mineral notes run long into a saline, mouth-watering finish.
