Winemaking
A cru of great aromatic qualities
For six months, the wine rests in stainless steel tanks on its lees, with regular stirring to enrich its aromatic profile. It then begins a second six-month period in these tanks.
After a full year, the wine is bottled, and is carefully stored for a further year so that it reaches optimal stability.
Tasting Notes
A subtle balance between citrus and peach
As you taste this cuvée, your nose will be greeted by citrus aromas subtly mingling with mineral nuances recalling gunflint.
On the palate, you will be won over by the perfect balance between the gourmand character of white-fleshed fruit and the remarkable acidity that gives this wine a fine, long persistence.
