Tasting Notes
Pale ruby with a coppery edge. Wild strawberry, redcurrant, blood orange and citrus peel over garrigue and spice. The palate is dry and supple, lightly structured, with gentle tannin, mineral freshness and a bitter orange twist on the finish. A traditional, food friendly Tavel now showing a little bottle development.
