Tasting Notes
Vibrant raspberry, black cherry, dried herbs and a touch of savoury spice. The palate is textural and concentrated, with a firm, stony grip, fresh acidity and mineral tension, finishing long and dry. Energetic yet serious, a Tavel for the table.
