Tasting Notes
Deep ruby, closer to a light red than a rosé. Spicy black cherry, juniper and bay leaf on the nose. The palate is fleshy and vibrant, with a gentle tannic pull, freshness and salinity balancing southern ripeness. Long, limestone-driven finish. Serve cellar cool. Drink now to 2028.
