2025 Piccadilly Pinot Noir
From Woods Hill Vineyard in Summertown, a new site for Gentle Folk and an established vineyard in the Piccadilly Valley. The wine shows red fruit, wild strawberry and bramble, with fine tannin. Juicier and lighter-bodied than our other single-vineyard Pinot Noirs, it is approachable now.

Winemaking
Vinification
The fruit was fermented as whole berries and whole bunches before pressing, then aged in French oak (20% new). The wine spent nine months in oak followed by three months in tank before bottling.
Tasting Notes
Light, bright ruby. Red fruit, wild strawberry and bramble on the nose, with a touch of whole bunch spice. The palate is juicy and lighter bodied, with crunchy red fruit and fine, soft tannin. Fresh and open, the most approachable of the single vineyard Pinots, ready to drink now.
