Tasting Notes
Bright ruby. Sour cherry, red plum and dried herbs, with a dusty, earthy lift. The palate is medium weight and full of flavour, framed by bright, mouthwatering acidity and fine, dusty tannins. Savoury and food friendly, finishing fresh with a hint of spice. Made for a long lunch.
