Tasting Notes
Crystalline and pale. Lifted citrus, green apple and gooseberry, with a hint of fresh herbs. The palate has poise and tension, filled out by lees texture and a little weight from neutral oak. Fine, cool acidity drives a long, mineral, mouthwatering finish. A Sauvignon Blanc built for the table rather than for overt tropical fruit.
