Tasting Notes
Pale gold with light golden glints. The nose is fresh and complex, with marshmallow, peach and apricot lifted by honeysuckle and elderflower. The palate is tense at first, then broadens into a silky middle of hazelnut and dried apricot, closing with a zesty, very long finish.
