Tasting Notes
Clear and bright despite long time in ash casks. Fresh herbs lead the nose, with a faint trace of pale wood behind. The palate is medium dry, clean and well balanced, with gentle grape and herbal flavours and no hard edges. A harmonious, classic grappa with a tidy, warming finish.
