Winemaking
Immediately after distillation the grappa is aged for a short period (3-4 months) in old Piedmontese cask holding around 700 liters, made of different woods. This process keeps all the freshness and the perfume of the Arneis wine while enhancing the body of the grappa.
Tasting Notes
Clear and fresh. The nose shows ripe peach, pear and a touch of pineapple, with a light herbal note underneath. The palate is dry and full bodied, yet keeps the delicacy and perfume of Arneis, finishing clean and long. Best served lightly chilled, at 12 to 14°C.
