Tasting Notes
Light straw yellow. The nose shows dried herbs and polished wood, with a sweet spice edge. The palate is firm and warming at 45%, with good weight, savoury herbal flavours and wood spice, then a long finish that settles into liquorice. A step up in depth from the classic bottlings.
