Red cherry, raspberry and a little earth, with fine, soft tannins.

Fully destemmed, then rested in a mix of old oak and stainless steel for complexity while keeping the fruit fresh and energetic.

Tasting Notes

Vibrant and fresh. Bright red cherry and raspberry with a hint of earthiness, a snap of acidity, a touch of spice and fine, soft tannins. Full of character, and a red for every season.
