A bright, fresh, herbal tea of a wine. Gewurztraminer provides beautiful florals, and herbal Pinot Meunier adds a savory depth. Aromas of lavender, rose, lemon balm, thyme, bay leaves, and rosemary move with ease from the nose to the palate. So gentle, but the acidity is playful. What a delight.
