Tasting Notes
Pale straw. Lifted red apple, pear and white nectarine on the nose. The palate is light bodied, with bright citrus up front, then a textural middle of stone fruit and honeysuckle. Clean and crisp on the finish, with the freshness of a cool subalpine site.
Winemaking
The fruit is whole berry pressed, with a warm ferment and time spent off gross lees for three months before bottling.
