Tasting Notes
Ripe lemon, yellow apple and a little hazelnut on the nose, with a toasty, lees driven depth from a year in oak. The palate is taut and fresh, with Jura limestone minerality and firm acidity under a gently creamy texture. Long and savoury, finishing on citrus and stone.
