Winemaking
Red wines
The wines all come from single-parcel harvests. This gives wines that represent a grape variety, linked to a terroir, in each vintage.
Tasting Notes
Blackberry, red cherry and cracked pepper on the nose. The palate is deeply fruited yet fresh, with lively acidity and fine tannins from steel ageing. Juicy and spicy, with the pepper lingering through the finish.
