Winemaking
Red wines
The wines all come from single-parcel harvests. This gives wines that represent a grape variety, linked to a terroir, in each vintage.
Tasting Notes
From a tiny parcel of vines planted in 1954. Red cherry, wild strawberry and floral notes with black pepper and a hint of earth. Old vines give more concentration and depth, yet the palate stays fresh and fine, with silky tannins and a long, spicy finish.
