Tasting Notes
From magnum, with a few years of bottle age adding depth. Green apple, white flowers and a smoky, flinty lift on the nose. The palate is taut and saline, with citrus and orchard fruit beginning to gain texture around firm acidity. Mineral, long and still tightly wound.
