Winemaking

Tasting Notes
Green apple, fresh citrus and a delicate blossom note, with a hint of fresh bread. The palate is dry and crisp, clean and almost chalky, with lively acidity and a light, mineral frame. A bright, refreshing Aligoté with a tangy finish.
