2024 Grande Roche Chablis
A perfect marriage of Chardonnay and Kimmeridgian limestone. Our Chablis comes from several plots planted in the early 1990s, all located in the village of Courgis, with complementary soils and exposures.
Mostly aged in stainless steel to highlight its minerality, a short passage in seasoned oak (on 5% of the blend) adds complexity while allowing its timeless elegance to shine. Enjoy it young or after a few years of aging, when deeper aromas emerge. Ideal with seafood, poultry, savory tarts, and even spiced exotic dishes.

Tasting Notes
Citrus, green apple and white flowers over a flinty, oyster shell note from Kimmeridgian limestone. The palate is fresh and mineral, mostly shaped in stainless steel, with a touch of seasoned oak adding quiet texture. Bright and pure now, gaining deeper aromas with a few years in bottle.
