2022 Gamay Les Perdriettes
Light garnet colour with violet tints, perfect clarity, bright shine, good intensity. The nose is immediately intense, with aromas of crunchy red fruit, notably strawberry, blackcurrant, cherry and raspberry. After aeration, aromas of very ripe, almost jammy fruit with notes of stone-fruit kernels complete the aromatic harmony. Very pleasant to drink young. It offers notes of fresh red fruit such as raspberry, cherry and redcurrant, along with subtle floral notes. On the palate it is light and refreshing, with a crisp, fruity finish. A generous roundness is carried by a liveliness that builds. Good balance of silky tannins, and a typical finish on the retronasal aromas.
