Tasting Notes
From old vines on the blue schist of the Côte du Py. Dark, brooding fruit with plum, black cherry and sweet spice. The palate has intense fruit, firm tannins and a long, mineral, acid driven finish. Built for the cellar, with time in bottle beginning to soften its edges.
