Tasting Notes
The colour is deep and dark. On the nose, it's an explosion of fruit, aromas of raspberry, strawberry, redcurrant, and blackberry. The palate is supple, fleshy, and generous, with fine, firm tannins that extend the fruit-driven sensation.
The winemaker's tip
Don't hesitate to let your bottles rest in the coolest room of your home (14 to 15°C) for about eight days before tasting. This will allow you to enjoy the full expression of your wine without rushing it. To be opened just before serving.
Winemaking
Given the outstanding quality of the grapes, we opted for traditional, fairly long macerations of 14 to 18 days with gentle extraction. Careful control of temperature and pump-overs allowed us to achieve great precision in crafting this wine.
