Tasting Notes
Deep purple red. Blackberry, dark cherry and violet, with cracked pepper, olive and a hint of smoked meat. The palate is medium bodied, poised and savoury, with juicy black fruit, gentle spice and a fresh mineral edge. Fine tannins and bright acidity give energy. Drinking now, with the structure for a few years.
