NV Pet Nat

• Pinot Noir, Riesling and Pinot Gris from the Alpine Valleys, on sandy soils over limestone.
• Direct pressed, fermented at 12°C, then bottled with a little sugar left to finish the fizz.
• Jewel pink, with fresh red berries, tropical fruit and a soft, creamy mousse.

Winemaking

Picked, pressed directly and fermented at 12°C to keep the fruit bright and fresh. Fermentation is stopped and the wine bottled with a little sugar left, which finishes in bottle to give a creamy fizz.

Tasting Notes

Jewel pink. The nose bursts with fresh red berries and tropical fruit, with a lick of citrus. The palate is bright and juicy, with vibrant acidity and a soft, mouth filling, creamy mousse. Super refreshing and plenty of fun, finishing crisp and clean.
