Tasting Notes

Pale straw. The nose shows white peach, grapefruit and lemon zest, with a stony, flinty edge. The palate is fine and textural from clay egg ageing, with clarity and purity of fruit, a gentle creaminess and a firm line of acidity. Long, mineral and precise. Drink 2028 to 2033.
