A partner to the Black Springs Nebbiolo in the Sentio range.
From Chris Catlow, who worked seven vintages on the Mornington Peninsula and five in Burgundy.

Tasting Notes

Pale garnet. The nose is perfumed, with red cherry, rose petal and dried herbs, with a hint of earth. The palate is precise and pure, more fruit led than oak raised Nebbiolo, with fine, chalky tannins and fresh acidity. The finish is long and savoury. Drink 2028 to 2034.
