Tasting Notes
Pale straw with green tints. Lemon, nashi pear and white flowers on the nose, with a salty, herbal lift. The palate is bright and fresh, with crisp citrus, green apple and a light almond note, finishing dry, zesty and saline. Made to drink young, chilled, with seafood.
