2025 Pa Pa Pinot Noir

A juicy, crunchy pinot from limestone country either side of the SA-Victoria border. Destemmed and steel fermented with a brief spell in old barrels, made for easy, early drinking.

Short period in a mix of stainless steel and old barrels

Tasting Notes

Translucent, bright ruby. Cherry blossom, rose petal and hibiscus, with hazelnut skin, a touch of game and damp forest floor beneath. The palate is light and crunchy, with cranberry and tart cherry and a faint kirsch sweetness. Lively acidity and a savoury finish make it an easy early drinker.
